We are thrilled with the work completed by Renovations by Sanj! He and his team converted a half bath to a beautiful full bath on our first floor and transformed a large screened-in-porch to an all-season room, adding great space and function to our home. Throughout the process Sanjit had creative ideas and cost-effective approaches to enhance our living areas. All work was of excellent quality, completed on time, within budget. Sanj and his crew did an incredible job on our home. It needed significant updates, as well as modifications for accessibility. Sanj not only did what we asked affordably, but noticed additional things that would make our house more accessible, for example by leveling the entry to the bathroom. Recently, we used RENOVATIONS by SANJ to do the following jobs on our property. 1. Refinishing the hardwood floors. 2. Installing new tiles in the kitchen, and 3. Install the French drain. Renovations by Sanj did a demolition and replacement of our badly cracked ceramic floor. Sanj suggested luxury vinyl tile as a cost-effective replacement, and we are thrilled with the new stone-look flooring in our kitchen and foyer. He brought in skilled teams for each phase of the work, began and finished on schedule we agreed to, and was completely transparent on pricing for labor and materials. His team also replaced water-damaged woodwork around our refrigerator, matching custom cabinets perfectly. Sanj was great to work with! We are happy to recommend his services and hope to use him for future projects.
